Seems that a larger bull dog of an ad agency has decided to steal work directly from me and my client. Said agency had reached out in 2011 asking to purchase a piece that I had created specifically for my good friend and client, in which i replied “Sorry to say that was designed strictly for said client and his branding needs only” (luckily I kept the emails)…. Well they decide to ignore me, so we are currently getting lawyer’d up and preparing.
